Return & Exchange Policy

At Musab Bin Umair, we take absolute pride in crafting and packaging our premium attars and luxury perfume oils . Your satisfaction is our highest priority . If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear, transparent exchange and return process .

1. Policy Validity & Scope

Our Return & Exchange Policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date your order is successfully delivered by our courier partner to your address in Pakistan .

2. Conditions for a Return or Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following criteria :

• The attar or tester bottle must be completely unused, unaltered, and undamaged .
• The item must be preserved in its original premium ready-to-gift outer box packaging .
• A valid proof of purchase (such as your WhatsApp order confirmation, order number, or delivery receipt) must be presented .

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that individual 2ml tester vials purchased outside of a standard Tester Pack, or items bought during special clearance sales, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive physically damaged or leaking .

4. Damaged or Leaking Items

In the rare event that your luxury fragrance bottle arrives broken, cracked, or leaking due to transit handlers, please contact our support team on WhatsApp immediately with clear video/photographic evidence . We will dispatch a brand-new replacement bottle to you within 24–48 hours at absolutely zero additional cost .

5. Process & Logistics

Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to our fulfillment center in Karachi . Once evaluated and approved, your exchange order or payment refund will be processed within 5 business days .
